Level pad
In order to maximise the life of your concrete water tank it is imperative that your tank is built on firm consistent natural ground (no fill). Should this not be achievable it is possible to use concrete piers to ensure the stability of the tank. Once the pad is cut and level, we also require approximately 50mm to 100mm of 10mm or 20mm drainage gravel spread evenly over the base of the pad.
Excavations
All tank prices quoted DO NOT include any site preparation. North Coast Tanks has a team of experienced sub-contractors that have been working with us and our team for many years. North Coast Tanks are more that happy to advise on pricing for the preparation of your site for your new concrete water tank. Should you be happy to proceed we will also be there to supervise the excavation.
Access
Difficult access is North Coast Tanks speciality. Whether your site is situated on the beautiful Blackall Range, The D'Aguilar Range or at the beach at Teewah on Noosa's North Shore. North Coast Tanks has built concrete water tanks all-over South-East Queensland and Northern NSW. If we can get a concrete truck within approximately 50m, we can generally build you a Concrete Water Tank.
Schedule
Generally North Coast Tanks average lead time is 6 to 8 weeks. That being said should you require your tank sooner please give us a call as we regularly leave vacancies for Builders and Commercial jobs so we will be able to accommodate your build schedule.
